Mini yoghurt Trifle

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp roasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp pepitas

Recipe:

Place a tablespoon of berries in the bottom of a small widebrimmed glass. Top with 1 tbsp yoghurt. Repeat until yoghurt and berries are all used then sprinkle with almonds, sunflower seeds and pepitas. Chill and serve!
