Mini yoghurt Trifle
- 1/4 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries, thawed
- 1/2 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp pepitas
Place a tablespoon of berries in the bottom of a small widebrimmed glass. Top with 1 tbsp yoghurt. Repeat until yoghurt and berries are all used then sprinkle with almonds, sunflower seeds and pepitas. Chill and serve!
