XO’s Classes

At XO, the workouts are all tried and tested, and bring only the best of what the top fitness studios in LA have to offer. HIIT, circuit, functional and cardio elements are all combined into the workout programs and you can expect to burn between 600 and 900 calories in each 42-50 minute class.

Each day of the week offers a unique format and each week has a new and different program. No class will ever be the same. The program is specifically designed to cover all areas of the body so as to give the client maximum returns in all areas of fitness including core stabilisation, balance, hypertrophy, strength, power and endurance.
