Leftover Veggie Burger on pita bread
Ingredients:
- Leftover lentil burger patty from previous evening
- Small pita bread wrap
- 1 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- Mixed greens (eg lettuce or alpha sprouts)
Recipe:
Reheat vegetable patty, assemble ingredients into pita wrap and eat!
