XO Size is an upper body resistance based class. 12 Exercises broken into 4 mini circuits. A lot of lifting and not much cardio. Every week has a different focus.

Q1) How long have you been coaching?

Been at XO since 2018! 🏋🏽‍♀️

Q2) What’s your favourite way to exercise, and what’s your favourite exercise used at XO?

I love all forms of training (cardio, pilates, team sports, dance ect.)
& the assault bike. LOVE to hate it 😉 🚲

Q3) do follow or play any sports if so, what?

I’m a mad tennis fan! 🎾👟

Q4) What’s one tip you recommend for people trying to meet their fitness goals?

Weekly planning - pre-book your classes, meal prep at the beginning of the week. Then you’re prepared no matter what the week throws at you. 🥑🍌🍎

Q5) What’s your favourite day to train at XO?

Friday of course, who doesn’t love Ab Trivia ?! 🥰🤩
