The Best Way To Measure Your Fitness Progress

The test itself is fast, accurate and non-invasive and in less than a minute, it can reveal your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, segmental muscle balance, basal metabolic rate, visceral fat level, body composition history and much more. Taking the test can not only help you understand your weight but also assist with setting your goals, measuring your strength and tracking your progress.

Beginning in July 2019, Fitness XO will begin offering one-on-one assessments to clients seeking a better understanding of their body and how their fitness is progressing over time.

You’ll start with a baseline assessment that will allow the team at XO to establish your starting point and track your progress as you move through the program. The assessment begins with a body scan on the InBody 570 machine to help determine your current body fat, muscle mass and water weight as well as any imbalances in muscular development in the trunk or limbs. This will be followed by a light, full body workout to measure strength and endurance. Finally, we’ll sit down with you and go over your scan results in detail and help you set some goals that are proper and attainable for you.

Once you sign up, we’ll contact you to set up a time for your first consultation. We’ll also email you a list of do’s and don’t prior to testing and answer any questions you may have about the test.

The initial assessment takes 30-45 minutes and is available for $50. Follow up testing is $30.  It is recommended that you re-test once per month until you reach a level you wish to maintain; however, we can adjust the testing interval as needed.
