Just like the flagship Bridge Road location, Fitness XO Northcote will bring only the best of what the top fitness studios in Los Angeles have to offer. HIIT, circuit, functional and cardio elements are all combined into the workout programs and you can expect to burn between 600 and 900 calories in each 42-50 minute class. Each day of the week offers a unique format and each week has a new and different program.
XO caters to all fitness levels, from those who are just beginning an exercise routine to professional athletes looking to push themselves to new levels.
