Tom MacBrayne
Introduction
Tom is a former British Army Commando, which is where his passion for health, fitness and nutrition started. Whilst in the Army, Tom gained his fitness certs and decided to pursue his passion and moved out to Melbourne. Tom has experience in training for endurance events, HIIT, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. When not training others, Tom practices Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys mixing up his own training, trying anything once (even Mad Monday). Outside of fitness Tom likes watching rugby and AFL, a trivia night with a pint and anywhere that serves good coffee.
