Introduction
Tahlia is a weapon. Not many people are able to keep up with her in a workout. So as soon as she got her Cert 3 we were keen to get her on board. She is super lovely and always friendly, open and positive. She knows what is doable so there are no short cuts with Tahls. Let her give you some XO.
