Ex Collingwood AFL Footballer has always been involved in elite sport. Whether playing or coaching he has done it all his life. He even went on to do his PhD in Biomechanics so he definitely knows his stuff. You will not come across many PTs that have a PhD in Sport Science. But, we have one. He has a great eye for form and will make sure you are safe as well as give it a crack. He is always friendly, happy and open to chat about anything sport science.
