Cara Ellis

Cara is one of XO’s newest team members.

She joined the team in early 2020, after returning from working abroad. Cara worked in Paris as a dancer at Le Moulin Rouge.

She has a background in dance and  a strong passion for all things fitness, including waterpolo and athletics.

Cara believes maintaining a healthy lifestyle balance is the key to a joyful life.
