Leftovers: BBQ chicken in large salad with potato salad

Ingredients:

  • Leftover chicken and potato salad
  • 1.5 cup salad greens (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Lemon juice and cracked pepper (optional)

Recipe:

Reheat chicken from previous evening. Serve over salad greens with avocado (with optional drizzle of lemon juice and pepper for added flavor) and leftover potato salad.
