Healthy Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Two slices wholegrain bread
- Spinach leaves
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 slices red capsicum
- 3 slices cucumber
- Thin slice of red onion
- Shredded carrot
- Few slices of tomato
- A little whole egg mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Additional Options include other leafy greens, alfalfa, beetroot, avocado or for meat eaters ham or chicken for meat eaters.
Recipe:
Put all the ingredients between a couple pieces of good bread like wholegrain or sourdough and there you go. Yumalicious.
