Porridge with berries
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of kale or spinach
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1-2 celery stalks, chopped
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
- Sprinkle of chia seeds
Recipe:
Blend all ingredients together and serve with a shrinking of chia seeds on top.
