Egg and Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pita wrap
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Salad (such as lettuce, capsicum, onion, etc.)

Recipe:

Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Cover and bring the water to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat immediately to medium and gently boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute per egg for a soft-boiled egg, 2 minutes per egg for a medium-boiled egg, and 3 minutes per egg for a hard-boiled egg. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the boiled eggs from the water. Cut veggies of choice into thin strips. Stuff all ingredients into small pita wrap and enjoy!
