Chopped vegetable sticks, edamame, rice crackers and dip
Ingredients:
- 25g rice crackers
- Chopped vegetables (eg. Carrot, cucumber, celery, capsicum)
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
- 3/4 cup edamame beans
Recipe:
Chop vegetables of choice into strips or bite-size pieces. To cook edamame that is still in the pod, boil the pods in salted water for one to two minutes until the beans are tender. Drain and rinse the pods with cold water, then sprinkle with a bit of sea salt. You can eat edamame hot or cold. Serve vegetables and edamame with rice crackers and tzatziki – enjoy!
