Chocolate Pistachio Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 15g dark chocolate, melted
- 12.5g pistachios, finely chopped
- 65g strawberries, washed and dried
Recipe:
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water, stirring until the chocolate is melted. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the finely chopped pistachios on a plate. Dip 1/3 of the strawberry into the melted chocolate then dip one side into the pistachios. Place on the baking tray and repeat until all of the chocolate mixture has been used. Once set, serve with remaining plain strawberries.
