This 50-minute full-body workout consists of three circuits of ten stations.

The duration of each circuit differs, with sets ranging from 90, 60 and 30 second periods.

Pray combines resistance, cardio and functional exercises perfectly.

It won’t be easy, but in the end we bring it all back with a short meditation.

Like any time you pray, you will feel incredible after it.
