Although this workout covers the full body there will always be a little more involvement of the core and the legs.

Circuits will include a mix of cardio equipment, weights, bands, trx and functional body movements.

It involves three circuits of ten exercises with exercise duration varying. Lap one is 60 seconds per exercise. Lap two will test you with two repetitive all out 25 second efforts, with a 10 second break in between – and the final lap is 50 seconds per exercise. Finish this all off with a well earned full body stretch. BOOM! Walk out feeling amazing.
